Capabilities

Structural fabrication, assemblies, sheet metal, and finishing

Each service area covers the work from raw stock to a finished component.

Structural

Structural fabrication

Cut, bent, and welded frames, brackets, and load-bearing members fabricated to technical drawing and inspected against dimensional requirements.

Assemblies

Custom assemblies

Multi-part welded and bolted assemblies built for prototypes and repeat production, with fit checks at each stage of assembly.

Sheet metal

Sheet metal work

Laser and shear cutting, press bending, and forming for enclosures, panels, and covers, with tolerances confirmed before dispatch.

Finishing

Surface finishing

Deburring, grinding, blasting, and coating options selected to suit material type, end use, and the finish specified on the drawing.

Workflow

From drawing intake to delivery

01

Drawing intake

We review drawings, material call-outs, and quantities, then confirm any open questions before work is scheduled.

02

Cutting and forming

Stock is checked on arrival, then cut, bent, and shaped to the dimensions on the approved drawing.

03

Fabrication and assembly

Welding, fastening, and assembly follow documented steps, with in-process checks for fit and alignment.

04

Inspection and dispatch

Finished parts are inspected against the drawing, then packed and dispatched with the documentation the job requires.
