File and drawing

Which file formats and drawings do you accept?

We accept common CAD and vector formats along with dimensioned PDF drawings. Every part should show material, thickness, hole sizes, bend allowances, and finish requirements.

What information should a drawing include?

Include overall dimensions, critical tolerances, material grade, quantity, and any welding or surface finish callouts. Clear drawings shorten quoting and reduce revision rounds.

Timing

How long does a project take?

Lead times depend on project scope, part count, and whether the raw material is in stock. We confirm a realistic turnaround once drawings and material requirements are reviewed.

Can material delays change the schedule?

Yes. If specialty stock must be ordered, we will tell you the impact on timing before work begins so you can plan around it.

Quality

How are tolerances verified?

Critical dimensions are checked with measuring tools during fabrication and again before the part is released. Where your drawing calls for it, we document these checks.

How are sign-offs and shipping handled?

Parts are inspected against the approved drawing, and we confirm the quality sign-off with you before shipment. Shipping arrangements are agreed in advance so delivery is clear.
